Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for a full refund. Returns must be returned within 15 days of the ship date received. Preppy Poindexter will not accept any returns after 15 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. A return label will be emailed, free of charge, of the email address that we have on file.

How long does shipping within the US take?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. 

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 15 business days to process and ship.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

It usually takes 7-21 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances; delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. 

How can I track my package (domestic)?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Or, visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number emailed to you.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

Preppy Poindexter provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS HERE or call 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. 

In addition, Preppy Poindexer, LLC is not responsible for the placement of products after delivery. After the item is deemed DELIVERED by the mailing service it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the product.
